Stacey's Book Comes Out Today
Today, Stacey Lannert's book comes out. Her memoir, called Redemption, hits stores in honor of International Women's Day. The journey has been long, painful, joyous and powerful for Stacey as she shares the details of her life to millions in print.
Her book writing process took two years, and it wasn't always easy to discuss the abuse and its aftermath. But Stacey believes that speaking out is the best path to healing, and she wants everyone to experience emotional freedom. If you get a chance to read Redemption, be sure to tell us what you think. Stacey is in Washington, DC, right now getting ready to do an hour-long interview on The Diane Rehm Show on NPR. Catch it at 11 a.m. EST or listen to it here.
Tonight, she is scheduled to be on Piers Morgan on CNN at 9 p.m. EST. (Update: She wasn't on, we'll try to keep you posted.)
Stacey is having a busy week. But she isn't too busy to wish you happiness and healing on this exciting day. That's why she asked me to post today.
