I just dont undestand why i cant enjoy life, i am so sad all the time. I am 53 so u hink i would get over it but i am so sad. I always pick horrible men and i just lost my job after 12 yrs cause of m e and my sadness.I was hurt as a child by 2 close family members. How do i get out of this black space.

being a person who was abused in the past i understans how it feels to be so sad and i no it seem now that there is no way out and that u may find it hard to trust others but aslong as u keep looking forward and fight u will get out of the sadness and into happiness
